Metro Additional Services

City Check – In facility:

Through City Check- in facility, passengers can conveniently do their flight check-ins, just like at the airport. The airport passengers can obtain boarding pass at the city check-in counter and check-in the luggage as well. The checked-in baggage is transferred to IGI Airport, Terminal 3, through a secured Baggage Handling System (BHS).

The highly sophisticated BHS ensures that baggage reaches airport in time. Passengers can check in upto 8 hours prior to their flight departure time. The flight check-in closes 2.5 hours prior to the departure time.

Taxi Services

Provision for taxi services is available at all our stations. We have tie –up with “EASY CABS” & “IRIS CABS” and services will be available round the clock to ensure safe and comfortable journey to your final destination.

Cloak Room

Cloak room services are available at New Delhi station (Timing 0600 Hrs to 2300 Hrs).

Trolley Services

Free luggage trolleys are available for passengers at the entry gates and platforms at all our stations.

Porter Services

Porters are to assist you carry your baggage on the trolleys. The service can be availed at platforms or at the entry gates at a nominal charge of Rs. 50 per porter.

Washrooms/Rest-rooms and Drinking water is available at all our stations.
