NGT asks Delhi Metro to rectify lapses in its concrete mixing plant



NEW DELHI: The Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) was today directed by the National Green Tribunal to make necessary amends within a week to rectify the lapses in functioning of its concrete mixing plant set up in a residential area here.

1A NGT bench headed by Justice U D Salvi gave a week’s time to DMRC in view of a report submitted by Delhi Pollution Control Committee (DPCC) stating that there were certain lapses in the functioning of the unit which is causing pollution in the area.
